Alright, thanks to the fine people of MacRumors.com; We see that the pieces are slowly coming together to maybe confirm Apple mystical iTablet, while we see the same with the possibility of a camera on the iPod Touch 4G. We dive into the rumors and fact surrounding Apple products.
Apple iTablet
Alright, so far it seems that the iTablet will be named the Apple iSlate when MacRumors.com found the website registered to a certain company at 1 Infinite Loop in Cupertino. There also is speculation that Apple will hold a conference in the next few months maybe January to announce the Tablet. Also, some people are thinking the screen will be 7” inches which would be great for resolution and even some think this device could pass as an eReader like the Amazon Kindle and Barnes and Noble’s Nook. No one really knows how this could be incorporated and so this is something we will need to wait and see, who knows… CES is coming up in a week so will doubtfully see more hopefully.
Apple iPod 4G
We all have been quite familiar with Apple’s knockoff for an iPhone. It seems more and more like the real thing when they add one by one like first it was the speaker, followed by the microphone through the headphone jack. But now, the camera seems only suitable to be next, it was known that Apple did not release the camera with the 3G only because it did not pass quality testing. Hopefully the kinks are fixed because if so I am returning this iPod Touch 3G I got for Christmas. It is rumored that’s what Apple may also announce when at the next conference, but we will have to wait and see and pray.
From iPod to iPhone?
I was searching the internet when I came across something interesting on YouTube. I’ve heard of people making their iPod Touches think they were iPhones but never have seen it. So, someone on YouTube did it just by renaming a file in Core Services through SSH and sure enough my iPod turned into an iPhone with giving me options like Airplane mode and giving me a camera and turning my music and video section into one with the iPod feature. Along with contacts setting ringtones and having options of texting them. Below I will add screenshots and maybe a video or something is VNC wants to work this time.
So, it’s been a great year and we hope to be doing this for many more. So from everyone at Biofare Studios we wish you and your family a Happy New Year. We will see you all in 2010 with some resolutions that will make and not fulfill.
